A Whimsical 2nd Birthday.

Dear Scarlett,

For your second birthday, I didn't want to throw a big party like I did for your first. Instead, I just invited a couple of your new friends from New York, Chloe and Francisco, and had the family over for a cookout. I picked a whimsical theme since you seem to be so interested in bunnies and birdies lately. I decorated with white bunny cupcakes, pretty draped fabrics, fresh flowers and even some fun spring flower planting. It was perfect and you were in your glory. You got a lot of gifts from the family and friends but the best gift was the water/sand table that we got you. You kids spent a good amount of the day there, playing and splashing.

You were exhausted by the end of the day. Here are a few....well a lot of photos from your party. My favorite is you blowing out your very first candle! (tear) My little girl.....I can't believe you are already 2 years old. I will post your monthly photos on another post this week.....
