Activity Time.

Now that we are in our new home, things are finally settling down, (Exhale) I'm happy to be able to give you back some undivided attention that you, without a doubt, deserve. We took a little trip to the dollar store and picked out some items to make sensory bags.
We bought some little turtles, sea creatures, rice, baby shampoo, colored goldfish & baggies to make them.

You absolutely love stickers. You like to stick them on paper, wear them (over your entire body) and stick them to everything in the house. I bought sticker books for you. You get a little upset when you can't peel them off after they are stuck to paper so I am thinking that we will buy some ColorForms.
Another activity that you love, is playing with puzzle pieces. This keeps you busy for hours.

Love you Peanut!

Someone turned 20 months!

Dear Scarlett,

This month, you are 20 months old. I am flabbergasted that in 4 months you will be two.
This month, you were featured on Babble.com as one of the top 9 Best dressed Babies!! You can see that article here...

I am so excited about this!
Here are some photos of you this month. We have been doing a lot. Besides getting settled into the new house, we went to your holiday Christmas Party with your play group, started dance class, & have been practicing your favorite songs: Twinkle Twinkle Little Star & Scarlett's Here Today.

This month, you have grown into such a little girl. On one hand I love that you are such a kind, sweet little baby. On the other hand, you are getting too big :( This makes me sad.
Where has the time gone?

You are speaking more and more lately. You say things that I didn't even know that you knew. You love your babies & puzzles. For Christmas, you got a new drum & instrument set that you love!
